Walking UP stairs:
You are being guided to look to your future with a positive energy. Your loved ones are stepping on the path with you, moving the obstacles out of the way so that you will achieve all your hopes, dreams and goals.
Shake off the shackles that hold you back, be positive in every area of your life (thought, word and action), and recognise from this day forward that you will BE guided to be in the right place at the right time. You have paid your dues. It is time to celebrate!
Walking DOWN stairs:
You are being asked to slow down and take stock of what you have achieved n your life far. There is something holding you aback, and the loved ones that have passed are asking you to trust them, to give them your burdens, your stress.
Sit with the thoughts that come to you, acknowledge them, love them for what they were, a lesson in life, an experience that allowed you to be in this very moment right now. Then, with then energy of the loved ones that have passed, shake off the energy, lift it up and out of your body (using the healing figure 8 technique in The Meaning of Feathers), and breathe easy.
The hard times are behind you. It is time to step into a new energy of your life.
